- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Items must be in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Items returned after 30 days are not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.
2. Return Shipping & Fees
A. Our Error – Full Refund
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item due to our error, you are eligible for:
- A full refund or replacement
- No restocking fee
- Return shipping assistance where applicable
B. Customer-Initiated Returns – Partial Refund
For returns due to change of mind, size, or color preference:
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- A 10% restocking fee is deducted
- Refund amount: Product price minus 10% restocking fee (and original shipping, if any)
