Return & Refund Policy

• Items returned after 30 days are not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.

2. Return Shipping & Fees

A. Our Error – Full Refund

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item due to our error, you are eligible for:

• A full refund or replacement
• No restocking fee
• Return shipping assistance where applicable

B. Customer-Initiated Returns – Partial Refund

For returns due to change of mind, size, or color preference:

• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• A 10% restocking fee is deducted
• Refund amount: Product price minus 10% restocking fee (and original shipping, if any)

3. How to Request a Return

2. Return Authorization: Approved returns will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code.
3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and clearly include the RMA code.
4. Inspection: All returns are inspected before approval.

• Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days after inspection.
• Additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds will not be issued if items show signs of use, tags are removed, or the request is submitted after 30 days.

5. Exchanges

• Available within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must meet return eligibility requirements.
• Customized or personalized items are not eligible.
• Multiple orders placed for selection purposes are not eligible.

• Altered items
• Used or worn items
• Returns submitted after the 30-day window
• Orders placed unintentionally

7. Order Cancellation Policy

• Within 24 hours of placing the order: Full refund
• After 24 hours: Order processing begins
• After shipment: Cancellation is not permitted; the return policy applies

8. Late Delivery Refunds
